In a heavy frying pan melt the sugar slowly. Swirl the pan in a circular motion on the burner so that it doesn't burn and so the sugar is entirely dissolved. When it is a thick caramel-colored liquid, immediately pour into a bunt cake mould. Swirl the caramel to cover the bottom of the pan and about an inch or two on the sides. Cool for 5 minutes. Put the eggs, milk, evaporated milk and sweet condensed milk into a blender and mix. Pour the egg mixture into the mould. Steam in a double boiler for 35 - 40 minutes.
